New McCartney album entitled "Kisses on the merits."

London (Reuters) - former Beatle Paul McCartney ended weeks of speculation in the press and confirmed the title of his next Albums-"Kisses on the ground."

The Protocol on February 6 and 7, contains two new songs called "My Valentine" and "Only our hearts" and a collection of standards, the McCartney as a child grew up listening to.

On its Web site, McCartney explained that the name of his new album would be the text of the opening number "I'm gonna sit right down and I write a letter" famous Fats Waller 1935.

The song opens with the lines:

The album is described as "a deeply personal journey through traditional American compositions, which, in some cases, a young Paul of his father on the piano, at home, run heard".

It features Diana Krall and his band, and appearances by Eric Clapton and Stevie Wonder.
